The Northern Mariana Islands Football Association’s holds this special program in partnership with Japan Football Association’s Dream Courage to Achieve. It is open to players in the U14 age group and is conducted by licensed coaches. Players under the JNA participate in 35 training sessions spread in nine months (September to May), as they are prepared to move up into the national team training program.
