In the U17 Girls Competitive Division, Shirley’s FC secured a 4-2 victory over MP United FC. Alyssa Borlongan, Hailey Benavente, Christel Aninzo, and Princess Gariguez all found the back of the net to lead Shirley’s to the win. MP United FC responded with goals from Addalee Taflinger and Yeji Jang, but it wasn’t enough to overcome Shirley’s attacking firepower.
In the U17 Boys Competitive Division, MP United FC clinched a 4-2 victory over Latte FC. Taiga Namai-Scoggins led the charge with a brace, while Michael Miller and Theo Joab each added a goal. Latte FC’s Napu Pangelinan put on a standout performance, scoring both of his team’s goals, but it wasn’t enough to stop MP United from taking the win.
