On November 6, 2025, the Northern Mariana Islands Football Association held its 15th Ordinary Congress, which is another milestone as it also marks the NMIFA’s celebration of 20 years of growth, unity, and dedication to football in our islands.
Guided by our anniversary slogan — Passion, Purpose, and Promise — we reflect on the passion that inspires every player and supporter, the purpose that drives our mission to develop football for all, and the promise to continue building a brighter future for the game and our community.
Our journey would not be possible without the invaluable support of our international partners — FIFA, the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), the East Asian Football Federation (EAFF), the Japan Football Association (JFA), the Guam Football Association (GFA), and other respected organizations — whose trust, guidance, and cooperation have strengthened football in the Northern Mariana Islands.
At the heart of NMIFA’s growth are our clubs — the lifeblood of football in our islands. Through their dedication and perseverance, football continues to thrive at every level. From the grassroots to the senior divisions, our clubs are where passion is nurtured, friendships are built, and community spirit is strengthened. Their continued commitment, alongside that of our coaches, players, referees, volunteers, and staff, ensures that football remains a sport that unites and inspires.
As the NMIFA celebrates this milestone, we reaffirm our commitment to giving back to the community that has supported us throughout our journey. Every program, competition, and initiative we undertake is rooted in our goal of sharing the joy of football, creating opportunities, and promoting the values of teamwork, respect, and perseverance.
