Today marked another productive day at training camp, with our players showing continued improvement and dedication.
The morning began with an energizing activation session, focusing on dynamic stretches and agility drills to prepare our players for the day’s activities. Following activation, the goalkeepers had a dedicated training session.
In the afternoon, we played a friendly match against FEU. It was a competitive game, with our players demonstrating the skills and strategies they’ve been working on throughout the week. Our coaches were pleased with the team’s effort and the progress made in game situations.
