In the morning, our team made their way to Makuhari Seaside Park for a special activation workshop with BUILD94 from Japan. We took part in a range of activities focused on stretching, mobility, and overall movement. It was an enjoyable and engaging session, and we were able to see noticeable improvements in their mobility afterward.
In the afternoon, we travelled to JFA Yume Field for our first training match against Musashi University. It was a challenging and competitive match that gave our team a great opportunity to put their training into practice, adapt to a strong opponent, and experience the intensity they can expect in their upcoming AFC matches. Overall, it was a valuable match experience and an important part of their preparation.
