This week’s lesson reminded our players that progress begins with believing you can improve.
Together, we discussed:

- The power of adding the word “yet”
- Celebrating effort, not just results
- How healthy choices help us reach our goals
- Supporting teammates through every challenge
During training, players practiced transitioning quickly from defense to attack, winning the ball, looking forward, finding space, and creating opportunities together.
A growth mindset means never letting one mistake define you. Instead, we learn from it and make our next play even better!
