Our NMI U20 Men’s National Team has officially wrapped up their first match of the AFC U20 Asian Cup 2027 Qualifiers against Mongolia.
It wasn’t the result our team was hoping for, with the match ending Mongolia 7–0 NMI, but it was an important experience and valuable opportunity for the team. Playing in front of over 1,100 spectators, our team experienced a great atmosphere and created another memorable experience in their journey together.
Development remains as our priority. This experience is part of the team’s growth, and there is much to take away from the match. The focus now is to learn from it, make the necessary adjustments, and continue developing as a team.
While the result was difficult, we continued to compete and represent the NMI with pride. Every match and every experience is an opportunity to grow, and this team will continue moving forward together.
